Release of Liability
I hereby release Daisy Dukes Doggy Daycare, its staff, owners, representatives, and agents from any and all liability that I or my dog(s) may suffer, including but not limited to injury, illness, damage, or death, resulting from participation in any of Daisy Dukes’ services, including daycare, boarding, grooming, enrichment programs, special events, trail walks, or camps.

Eligibility and Health Requirements
We welcome dogs of all ages. Puppies must be at least 4 months old and actively following a veterinarian-approved vaccination schedule. Dogs over 9 months of age must be spayed or neutered to participate in daycare or group play.

All dogs must complete a behavioral evaluation (Meet & Sniff) prior to joining daycare or boarding. Dogs must be non-aggressive and non-territorial around people, food, toys, and other dogs. Any dog displaying aggression will be subject to staff review and may be removed from daycare at any time. The safety, health, and happiness of our entire pack is our top priority.

All dogs must be in good health, free of contagious illness, and up to date on required vaccinations: DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza), Rabies, and Bordetella. Dogs must also be on a flea/tick prevention plan and have not shown signs of communicable illness in the past 30 days. Dogs showing signs of illness or injury may be denied daycare until fully recovered.

Risks and Medical Treatment
While every effort is made to ensure a safe, supervised environment, dog play can result in minor injuries such as scratches, sprains, or bites.
In the event of illness or injury, I authorize Daisy Dukes staff to seek veterinary care at their discretion. I understand I am solely responsible for any resulting medical costs. Daisy Dukes may contact my listed veterinarian or the nearest available clinic.

I agree to notify Daisy Dukes of any medical conditions, injuries, or behavioral concerns relevant to the care and safety of my dog.

Behavior and Removal Policy
Dogs must be sociable and show no signs of aggression toward people or other dogs. If a dog exhibits problem behavior, they may be removed from group play or denied future services. Daisy Dukes reserves the right to refuse service or permanently remove any dog from the facility at any time for any reason.

Photography and Marketing
I understand that my dog may be photographed or recorded while at Daisy Dukes. These images may be used for promotional or marketing purposes on social media, the website, or printed materials.

Breed Restrictions and Right to Refuse
Due to insurance and municipal regulations, Daisy Dukes reserves the right to refuse any dog at our sole discretion, including based on breed, behavior, or health status.

Late Pickups and Boarding Charges
Dogs must be picked up before closing time. If pickup occurs after hours, a late fee will be charged. If overnight boarding is required due to late pickup, additional boarding fees will apply. After-hours pickups are not guaranteed and must be arranged in advance.

Payment Terms
All daycare and boarding services must be paid in full at pickup. Daycare passes are non-refundable and have no cash value. Boarding is billed in 24-hour periods. Late pickups will incur additional daycare or overnight charges based on timing.

If payment is not received at pickup, Daisy Dukes reserves the right to charge the card on file, use existing daycare credits, or withhold your dog until payment is received in full. Continued services will be billed accordingly.

Abandonment Policy
If your dog is not picked up within 3 days of the scheduled departure and we are unable to reach you or your emergency contact, Daisy Dukes may treat the dog as abandoned under Alberta law and take steps to rehome the dog.

Messaging Terms and Conditions
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Daisy Dukes Doggy Daycare regarding appointments, updates, promotions, and service reminders.
Message frequency may vary (typically once per week).
Standard message and data rates may apply.
